Samurai - our new fave!

Played a few games of Samurai with my g/f (who loves gaming as much as I do). It plays not unlike Attika (another fave of ours) but I feel Samurai has richer gameplay and more challenging. It can be played with some luck (Euro-like) or totally without luck (Chess-like).

Playing is Euro-like is best I think. Not knowing how many items your opponents has secured (as that's hidden behind their screen), and which tiles they have in the hands adds to the tension.















I und why Edw said this is one of his all-time favorite. The other would be Kahuna, which we had the opportunity to play at the Starbucks presscon. Do we like that? Yes you bet. :) Another game to add to my Wish-List.
