RPM no joke lor

Poor Yan was nursing a swollen knee last nite, probably suffered while she was kneeing down when working on her laptop while at home (always thot the coffee table was at funny height!) and then excarbating it with the intense RPM workout.

What is RPM?


Note: This is not Yan's knees but I thot some pics help to liven up the blog. :P

She was not even able to walk properly and had to rely on a chair-on-coaster to move around! wat-to-do... that's the "price" you gotta pay if you exercise over-n-above your stretch-point simply becoz the instructor is cute and has nice bums.... hohoho..

But anyhow we did manage to finish watching one disc of 24 S4. :)
